CLAIMS PROCESSING
Experiencing a loss can be devastating, confusing, and emotionally draining. What a comfort it is knowing that the agent that sold you your policy is the person that shows up when you have a loss. You already know this person and he/she knows you. You have a history together. Your agent will be swift to get your concerns addressed. Most all claims are handled by your agent from reporting, to adjusting, settling and submitting for payment. Often, claims are paid within days of occurring. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Everyone’s least favorite part of insurance is paying for it. We provide many options to make it as easy as possible for you. Your payment can be held in escrow by your mortgagee, you can make payments monthly, semi-annually or annually. You can pay in person, over the phone, through the mail or online. Cash, check, debit/credit or electronic fund transfer. Paperless billing is offered as well. These options are available on the website with a computer, tablet or smartphone. The choice is yours.
